Maz, my friend tells me that the secret to the Filling in her/my great Cold Sandwich Recipes is in the Creaminess. You can achieve this by using Sour Cream, Yogurt, Mayonnaise, Cottage Cheese or even Cream itself. Don't be frightened to experiment with different textures and tastes.

Her favourite has always been Sour Cream for no other reason than personal choice she tells me, and the flavour doesn't seem to compromise or overwhelm the other ingredients. Have a browse through these Cold Sandwich Recipes for ideas that you think your family and friends will enjoy.
